Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, often known as the “Iron Man of India,” played a crucial role in the unification of India after its independence from British rule. Apart from his role in political integration, Patel also played an instrumental role in nation-building. He served as the chairman of the committee responsible for drafting the Constitution of India.
